Returns will be accepted provide the item is returned as sent, ie in the same wrapping, unopened, unused and in the same physical condition when sent by us. If the item has been damaged in transit please contact us and we will arrange for the return of the item and a refund or second item to be sent out.
If an item has been opened and used for test we will not accept a return, if an item has been fitted and found to be faulty, we will accept a return with valid information relating to a certain fault with the said item, ie results of teting or fault codes, the item or part will then be returned to the producers for their own testing, if no fault is found with the item it will be returned to you and we will contact you for further disscusion to resolve matters. In most cases we will not stand the cost of return postage for non wanted items, please contact us prior to sending items back.
Used or second hand parts may carry marks as they have been fitted and removed, if an item is sold as used it will made clear on the sale information when listed.
If an item is returned not needed it may carry a restocking fee, please check before returning.
All items mut be returned within 14 days of purchase.
